Conditions for cancellations
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing to IBC Euroforum by email, fax or letter.

Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the event are subject to an administrative charge of 10 % of the registration fee. Cancellation less than 14 days before the start are subject to an administrative charge of 50 % of the registration fee. Cancellations received later than 2 days before the start of the event cannot be refunded or credited and the full fee will be due for all registrations. Substitute delegates are welcome at any time. All substitutions must be received in writing.
